About Whole Beast

Whole Beast is a nose-to-tail, live-fire restaurant at 336 Coldharbour Lane in Brixton, opened in November 2025 after pop-ups in a Peckham pub and a Walthamstow brewery. It's open four days a week.

Its aged cheeseburger beat ten years of past winners to become Champion of Champions at the National Burger Awards 2024. It's a mix of wagyu and aged rib cap smashed thin, with smoked bone marrow, bread and butter pickles, burger sauce, onion and American cheese in a milk bun.
